Based in Cheshire the Forward Property Group was founded in 1996 on the philosophy that quality design and construction make good business sense.

Specialising in both new build and refurbishment schemes Forward has developed properties throughout the North West region from luxury homes to pioneering offices and industrial space.

The Forward Property Group comprises of three divisions each of which specialise in a particular sector of the property industry:
