Sutcliffe provides independent advice to clients on a wide range of technical matters including structural design and detailing, defect investigation, infrastructure design, site investigation, remediation and building surveying.

Sutcliffe's expertise covers residential and retail schemes, regeneration and social housing, leisure facilities, industrial and commercial projects.

Sutcliffe also offers a site investigations division, which is responsible for all geotechnical and environmental investigations.

The company is based in offices in Liverpool and Manchester and has retained Paver Smith since 2006.
