Paver Smith has invested a "substantial" five figure sum in new technology that will boost its media output for clients.
The new system, Vocus, replaces the widely-used MediaDisk service and is part of the agency's on-going review of systems and technology support, says operations director Rachel Smith.
"We make ten promises to our clients, one of which is to invest continuously in technology and service innovation so that we can improve our effectiveness and value for money.
"The Vocus investment does just that, with the system dramatically out-performing MediaDisk in terms of information, analysis, media reach and outputs."
