Recruitment pledge as growth continues

"Setting aside any acquisitions for the moment, we should finish the year with at least 36 staff," says operations director Rachel Smith. "That's one a month until the year end."
Her comments follow the successful recruitment of another account manager this week and new business forecasts that suggest another £400,000 of business is in the pipeline.
"It's vital our capacity keeps pace with our order book, and we're finding that good candidates are constantly presenting themselves to us, so I'm not anticipating any difficulty here," explained Rachel.
Paver Smith has secured 28 new clients so far in 2008 and is on target to hit its forecast increase of 75% for the year.
