Rachel Smith joins the 42 under forty two

Paver Smith director Rachel Smith today joins an elite band of north west business leaders.
Rachel has been chosen by leading business magazine, insider, as one of this year's cohort of 42 business leaders under 42 years of age that are deemed to be making their mark.
She joins fellow agency directors Martyn Best (1994) and Dougal Paver (2007), who are alumni of the prestigious awards.
The accolade will shortly be topped, however, when Rachel's second child arrives, joining sister Charlotte (3).
"This is great recognition for the agency," said Rachel. "I can go on maternity leave next month knowing the business is in great fettle."
