Paver Smith to seek Investor in People status

Paver Smith has begun the process of securing Investor in People status, the highly-respected standard for businesses that put the development and welfare of their staff at the core of their operations.
"Our business is all about people, the standard of work they deliver and their motivation and demeanour in doing so. Helping them develop whilst enjoying the challenge of work has to make sense," said agency MD Dougal Paver.
The process, expected to take up to a year to complete, begins with an assessment by an independent consultant who maps out the work necessary to achieve the standard.
"We work for leading businesses and public agencies whose own standards are of a very high order. They expect their suppliers to match them wherever possible and this is part of our response to that requirement," said Dougal.
