Paver Smith set to bloom with green accolade

Paver Smith has entered the final straight of its marathon effort to secure ISO 14001, the environmental management standard.
An official inspector is spending two days at the agency's Manchester and Liverpool offices undertaking his final assessment of the company's environmental procedures. The visit follows an earlier inspection in December.
Tom Taylor, who heads up the agency's Team Green initiative, welcomed the inspection: "I'm confident we'll meet the terms of the standard. We'll be the only agency in the north west with this critical accolade.
"It demonstrates our responsibility, is popular with staff and will be a point of competitive advantage in certain circumstances."
The award will join the agency's Investors in People and Consultancy Management Standard accreditations, as well as its PR Training Academy, as benchmarks of the agency's management standards.
