Paver Smith MD Dougal Paver has made this year's Power 100, the definitive guide to the marketing services industry's leading lights outside London.
The accolade, from popular trade magazine The Drum is a tribute to the whole team, said Paver.
"I'm just the front end of the panto horse. We all know where the hard work gets done," he said.
"Accolades like this tell you how much progress we've made together as a team during a difficult period for the industry. I expect to be able to report a good first quarter performance in both turnover and new sales shortly, which is what really counts."
