Paver Smith celebrates its third birthday

Paver Smith has reached its third birthday in 'fine fettle', says a delighted MD Dougal Paver.
"We've made cracking progress over the last three years with a great team of whom I'm very proud.
"They've pushed hard for milestones such as Investors in People, the consultancy management standard and now ISO 14001 and we've been rewarded with consistent growth."
Paver says that the recent investment in an in-house training academy is beginning to reap dividends in terms of staff skills, performance and motivation and that the company's focus will remain on people development.
"There are 37 of us now and I expect to finish the year in the mid-40s. We've got the infrastructure in place to ensure everyone benefits from our development programme and I'm looking forward to welcoming more great people to the team."
To celebrate the agency milestone staff were treated to news that this year's office Christmas party will make a return, two-day visit to Barcelona. A client party will be held on the agency's balcony 300 feet above the Mersey on June 18th,.
