Paver joins the 42-under-42

Paver Smith MD Dougal Paver has been named one of the north west's 42-under-42 by leading business magazine Insider.
Its annual award focuses on the 42 individuals under 42 years of age that it believes are contributing most towards the region's development.
"I'm chuffed," said Dougal, who isn't normally
lost for words. Business partner and PS finance director Martyn
Best is a former recipient of the accolade.
