New financial manager as further growth planned

Debra Charles has joined Paver Smith as the agency's financial manager from housing group Plus Dane.
But Debs is something of a known quantity, as MD Dougal Paver explains:
"Debra worked with me for four years at Paver Downes and even helped provide information to support our management buyout. It's good to be working with her after a two and a half year gap."
The appointment strengthens the agency's management capabilities as it looks to break the £3m turnover mark in 2009.
"We need to improve the nature and level of reporting and analysis and Debs has the right skills to help us. With our plans to achieve the ISO 14001 environmental standard Debs' general management skills will be a great help, too," added Dougal.
"Becoming the north west's best PR agency won't be easy but by improving our team in this way we expect to get there at some point."
