New digital strategy for Redrow

Rippleffect

House builder Redrow has launched a new website which puts personal experience at the heart of its design.

The revamped site, which forms part of Redrow's new digital marketing strategy, was created by Rippleffect. Work involved analysing consumer trends by hosting a three month user group with external stakeholders, helping to form the company's online approach.

As a result, Rippleffect developed a new website, email marketing and CRM system that focused entirely on the needs of customers and potential buyers.

Easily accessible and SEO friendly, the site already appears on the first page of Google listings for 'new houses to buy,' helping to strengthen the developer's sales position.

Its features include; a 'My Redrow' section that manages individuals' property interests, a search function to find developments by type, location and postcode and a 'See Redrow' function which allows buyers to take a virtual tour of Redrow homes.

Anya Nalter at Redrow, said: "Time is something most of us don't have enough of and we understand how consuming it is to find a new property. The new website aims to reduce the time spent searching and address the questions buyers have.

"The site's viewing tool allows buyers to look inside the properties before physically visiting them. This helps individuals avoid spending time visiting and viewing properties that don't match their requirements."

Andrew Binns, senior business development manager at Rippleffect, said: "By engaging the user groups and assessing their likes and dislikes when searching for homes and property news online, we were able to create content that easily informs the buyer, improves the process and makes the buying decision easier."
