Mitch has more than twenty five years' experience working in PR, events and marketing principally, though not exclusively, gained in the property and regeneration sectors. He has worked in both the public and private sector.
During his time in local government Mitch was involved in the organisation of many special events including arranging the Freedom of the City of Liverpool for The Beatles and the Hillsborough Memorial Service.
At Speke Garston Development Company and later Liverpool Land Development Company he was responsible for all marketing, PR and events to promote both companies' activities. Mitch successfully oversaw the city of Liverpool's presence at MIPIM from 2001 to 2004.
In 2005 Mitch successfully set up and ran his own specialised property and regeneration PR company working for clients including Land Securities, Grosvenor, Capital and Provident, Bank of Ireland, Handelsbanken and Hill Dickinson before joining Paver Smith LLP in 2011.
He lives in Warrington with his wife Lesley and has been happily married for 21 years. Interests:
He is passionate about music, food, classic cars and good company. He keeps fit running, when his joints hold up (3 hours 11 minutes London marathon pb, 1 hour 24 half marathon pb) and can often be seen whizzing around Warrington on his push bike.
Mitch also manages the activities of Liverpool's legendary lost band The Wild Swans and occasionally writes for liverpoolconfidential.com.
