Upon completion of his Business Studies degree at Liverpool John Moores University, Matty believed his passion for creative and innovative thinking could be the driving force behind a potential career within the creative side of our industry. With this in mind, he managed to secure himself a graduate placement with Paver Smith in July 2008.

Now a creative account manager, he has gained valuable experience working across a multitude of industries, further honing the skills he developed whilst studying for his marketing degree at University.

A valuable intermediary between the design team and clients, Matty ensures a streamlined process for all creative outputs, from initial brief through to final delivery.

Interests: Matty's greatest love is football, and anything to do with it. Aside from football, he enjoys keeps himself fit, watching films and visiting foreign shores as often as he can.
