Luke makes smart move to Paver Smith

Luke Smart has joined Paver Smith in a move that will boost the agency's Manchester team and its consumer expertise.
He arrives from Biss Lancaster, Manchester, and will join the team headed by Denise Mullen. A further account management position is currently being advertised by the agency following a strong final quarter of the year.
"The third quarter was quiet by our standards but we've seen a real up-tick in enquiries and sales in the final quarter and Luke's arrival is timely," said managing director Dougal Paver.
"We're finalising our business plan for 2010 and expect to see continued progress as the economy climbs out of recession."
