Lauren is the youngest member of the team. Upon leaving school, she entered the horse racing industry to follow in the footsteps of her brother and become a jockey. After completing work experience in the Lake District, she attended the British Racing School in Newmarket. During her time there Lauren was awarded head girl status. Several months and injuries later, however, she decided to switch to a much safer environment at Paver Smith.

Interests: On her day off Lauren is most likely to be found enjoying a day at the races. She is a keen sportswoman who enjoys anything from golf to football. Her favourite hobbies would have to be shopping, closely followed by adventures in her beloved Mini Cooper.
