Langtree is a property investment company based in Newton-le-Willows.

The company manages a diverse portfolio of industrial and commercial property in the north west, midlands, Yorkshire and north east of England.

It has established a number of joint venture companies with public sector partners to drive forward regeneration schemes in different locations. These include Network Space - JV with the Homes and Communities Agency, PxP with Regional Development Agency Advantage West Midlands and Onsite with One North East.

Langtree has recently secured public sector grants of almost £4m to renovate the former International Garden Festival site in Liverpool city centre and is at advanced stages of procurement to identify the contractor which will build the stadium for St Helens Rugby League Club.
