Jane made the career move into PR after spending 15 years as a journalist.
During her journalism career - the majority of which was at the Liverpool Daily Post and ECHO - she was voted both News Reporter of the Year and Feature Writer of the Year. Throughout this time Jane held a number of varied roles, including political correspondent, education correspondent and senior feature writer.
Jane has significant public relations experience both with private and public sector clients. Jane has a strong track record working with clients in the sporting sector and as head of the agency's sports division she leads campaigns, generates sponsorship, promotes brands and drives footfall for a wide range of sports clients. Jane is a club runner and competitive triathlete so knows first hand how important PR is to the sporting industry.
Interests: Jane loves to be active and it is a source of amusement among all of her friends that she just never sits still. Jane trains most days - often twice a day.
She is a qualified boxing coach and train boys and girls at Wallasey Amateur Boxing Club whilst also being a club triathlete and club runner.
When she is not training Jane likes to relax with music. She plays the piano, clarinet and saxaphone to Grade 8 standard.
