government
understanding of complex projects
Paver Smith has worked for a range of public authorities and government agencies in recent years, often on complex and challenging campaigns.
Such projects typically involve managing multiple stakeholder groups with varied and sometimes comflicting interests, along with the reputational issues associated with the expenditure of public monies.
Recent clients include the Objective One European funding programme, Liverpool City Council, Halton Borough Council and the regeneration agency Liverpool Vision. We have also worked for strategic health authorities, police authorities and on campaigns jointly funded by different public agencies.
Paver Smith was responsible for telling the remarkable story of Liverpool's regeneration over a three-year period upto and including Capital of Culture in 2008 - a campaign which saw positive coverage across national and international media.
We have also advised Liverpool City Council on reputational issues and were responsible for all media activity associated with the city's presence at the World Expo in Shanghai, managing major press visits to the event and securing coverage across a range of national and international titles.
