Simply Heathcotes and
his collection restaurants.
The restaurants pride themselves on great cooking using seasonal
and locally sourced produce.
The restaurants fall in the mid-fine dining range and are based
across the North West.
The fine dining restaurant sector has become more saturated then
when Paul originally opened his collection of restaurants and
business is more competitive.
However, the Heathcote's brand is well regarded across the food
sector and the company pride themselves on quality of food and
customer service.
Paul himself is very well known as a 'celebrity chef' and
wanted to build on his good reputation and also raise the profile
of his staff members.
Paul has a particularly good reputation in Lancashire, where he is
a champion of local produce such as Goosnargh chicken.
