Hat-trick of wins for Paver Smith

Date Posted: Tue 28th Sep 2010

Paver Smith has scored a hat-trick of client wins after "a strong third quarter for new business."

The firm has been appointed to manage a nationwide PR campaign for Westmorland Ltd, owners of Cumbria's award-winning Tebay services on the M6.

The deal follows the agency's support for Westmorland's recent successful planning application to develop a new service station on the M5 in Gloucestershire.

"Westmorland is an outstanding business with a number of award-winning companies, including the Rheged Centre in Penrith. It's a pleasure to work with a client with such a strong ethical foundation, too" said agency MD Dougal Paver.

The agency has also secured a contract from nationwide solicitors' practice Goldsmith Williams, with a brief to promote its work in the mortgage and conveyancing market and its support for consumers mis-sold payment protection insurance.

The hat-trick was completed when the agency was appointed by rapidly growing engineering recruitment consultancy Russell Taylor Associates to manage its national trade PR needs.

"Our new business wins in Q3 will deliver a spend of more than £150,000 before the year-end, and our current pipeline is encouraging," added Paver.
