International property group, Grosvenor, has retained Paver Smith to manage a PR campaign for its stunning One Park West development in Liverpool.

One Park West is a landmark residential building located in the heart of the Liverpool ONE retail and leisure complex, which is home to 160 shops, cafes and restaurants - including the largest John Lewis and Topshop stores outside of London.

The flats were designed by world-renowned architect Cesar Pelli, famous for the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpar and Canary Wharf Tower in London. The 17-storey development has 326 apartments, ranging from studio to three bedroom, which boast stunning waterfront, park and city views.

Grosvenor has recently launched a competition for students at two of the country's top interior design schools, KLC School of Interior Design in London and Liverpool John Moores University.

The students been tasked with designing two studio apartments for an urban professional and a retired couple in Liverpool and the winners will have their work executed at One Park West.

Top designer Ben de Lisi, who is a favourite of stars such as Kate Winslet, is leading the panel of judges, which includes Kate Kingston, from Kingston Shaw Interior Design, and Alex Proby, inhouse interiors expert at Grosvenor.
