Fitzmaurice in, Gerrella up

Clare Fitzmaurice, 22, has joined Paver Smith from rival agency October Communications to support the company's growing office administration needs.
Meantime, Daniel Gerrella has been promoted to account executive after his 12 month placement period was brought forward to just five months.
"Dan's performance has been outstanding and we're
delighted to be able to promote him much earlier than planned in to
a full time staff position," said agency MD Dougal Paver.
