Ethel Austin Properties has strategic partnerships across the world. The group's outlook - profit through partnership - has been proven over many years and in many sectors of the property market.

Regeneration requires a genuine commitment to a location, a willingness to look beyond quick fixes and instant returns. But it also requires a grand vision - the confidence to be big and bold, and back the right projects with the level of the resource that can transform a city's skyline for the better.

In recent years, the group has expanded its development portfolio to include a wide range of new schemes such as West Tower, Liverpool's tallest residential building, a £30 million joint development with Beetham. There are offices at first four levels with floors five to 39 providing high quality city centre two-bed residences and penthouses.

Ethel Austin Properties is also one of the JV partners on Vermont's Quarter scheme (see picture)
