Dougal Paver named Marketing & Media Professional of the Year

Paver Smith MD Dougal Paver picked up his second gong of the last nine months when he was named Insider magazine's marketing and media professional of the year at the publication's inaugural Liverpool Professionals Awards. His first gong was for the same award at the Downtown Liverpool Awards in theautumn.
Judges said the award was designed to reward those who have contributed to the improved perception of Liverpool and raised standards in marketing. They noted that Dougal is "the most networked man in the city and leads a business that others in the field seek to beat."
"I wasn't even aware I'd been nominated and was absolutely chuffed to win," said Dougal. "It was a very strong field, too. This is a real credit to the agency team, who focus hard on what our clients need."
The judges went on to note that Dougal "is a credit to the city and an absolute tireless promoter of Liverpool."
