David Heal has enjoyed a stellar career in UK PR, ending up as CEO and chairman of the UK's largest independent agency, member of the management board of trade body PRCA and European President of global alliance, IPREX.

He led the team that bought Harrison Cowley from Saatchi & Saatchi before building it in to the UK's leading network agency. As CEO he sold the business to Lord Chadlington's Huntsworth plc in 2001 since when he has been involved in a number of communications projects.

As chairman of Paver Smith David guides the agency's strategic direction whilst putting his undoubted network at the disposal of the board; and as a fine fellow, David is, of course, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.

David lives in beautiful West Wales.
