Date set for Investor in People review

Paver Smith's drive to become the employer of choice in the north west PR industry took a step closer this week with confirmation of the date for the agency's Investor in People review.
The highly respected accreditation benchmarks the agency's performance in people leadership, management and development against a set of 10 key indicators. June 5th has been set aside for a detailed review by independent consultants to determine whether or not the agency comes up the mark.
"To be an Investor in People you have to put the development and management of your staff at the very heart of your business processes. It's not an easy thing to secure and very few agencies have bothered to go down this route," said agency MD Dougal Paver.
"We see it as critical to our business performance and our objective of becoming the employer of choice in the regional PR industry."
