As the head of the PR team in Liverpool, Chris
has a brief to guarantee the quality of the agency's output and
service delivery.
Chris has over 21 years' media experience
which he developed in London and the North West. He moved into
public relations in 2005, having spent the majority of his career
in print journalism. He has held senior positions in the business,
consumer and style press and has written for The
Times, the FT
and was a contributing editor at GQ
Magazine.
Chris also has a non-fiction book in print,
Manslaughter United.
At Paver Smith Chris has a particular focus on
property and professional services clients and directly manages the
agency's relationship with DLA Piper, Grant Thornton, Muse
Developments and Downing.
In 2008 Chris won two industry awards. He was the
recipient of North West Business Insider Magazine's PR &
Marketing Award, and also received the Marketer of the Year Award
from the business club and lobby group, Downtown Liverpool in
Business.
He sits on the board of FACT, the cinema and digital arts centre,
and is a member of the management board at Paver Smith.
Interests: Chris enjoys reading, cinema and playing guitar in the indie
party band, The Dags. He has two children and lives in
Chester.
