Bonjour MIPIM et au revoir
So that's what MIPIM is all about reflects

I thought it was going to be a jolly nice trip to the wonderfully
sunny Cote d'Azur, a spot or two of vino, a pint of Guinness
and some skillful schmoozing.
Well it's not JUST that.
From speaking to people in the
property world we have found that those with vision and optimism
are not taking this recession lying down.
In a slightly smaller world, opportunity
still abounds for those who will grab it and hopefully fortune will
favour those brave enough to come to places like MIPIM and meet
similar minded people.
In a quieter world - mesdames et messieurs
- shout louder.
