Blythe Homes promenade appointment

Blythe Homes has appointed Paver Smith to manage a detailed public consultation exercise for a major mixed use housing and commercial scheme planned for Southport Promenade.

The appointment is the fourth such major consultation exercise in recent months, says agency director Rachel Smith.

"We have a very detailed understanding of the right methodology for such assignments which works for planners, politicians, our development clients and local people and this scored highly for us in our discussions with Blythe Homes."
