Recently, Alchemy Advisory Services has launched a family office division as part of its plans to grow funds under management to £200m by 2012.

The division will provide financial planning, wealth management and lifestyle management services for family businesses and high-net worth individuals across the North West.

Led by husband and wife Steve and Gaynor Lyth, who collectively have more than 56 years of financial services expertise, the company is also looking to develop strategic links with key professional services firms in Liverpool, offering family office referral capabilities, as part of its growth strategy.

Alchemy has achieved £50m of funds under management since its launch four years ago and works with over 100 active lifestyle planning clients.
