Ainscough Strategic Land (ASL) has appointed Paver Smith to support its growing business with a full media relations and community engagement programme.
Based in Leigh, Lancashire, ASL acquires strategically important land parcels throughout the UK for new communities, regeneration, employment creation and community benefits. The team specialises in promoting land in challenging planning areas.
Paver Smith will be supporting ASL with public consultation on sites in Bishop Auckland near Durham and Shipston-on-Stour in the Cotswolds. In addition, the full public relations programme will be around all the company's sites.
Managing director, Nigel McGurk said: "We want to work with a marketing agency which shares our values. We've worked with Paver Smith on our site in Dolgarrog in North Wales and know they are flexible and responsive but also, importantly, good people to do business with.
"We're a highly acquisitive business and improving our profile will help us source sites as well as let people know about the good things we're doing. Paver Smith's experience in the public consultation field helps us manage the planning stage carefully, ensuring that we continue to develop masterplans that work best for our communities."
