Liverpool's commercial letting agents were the first to see the new-look Exchange Court following the completion of a £2.3 million refurbishment programme.

Staff from property company Bruntwood, which owns Exchange Court in Liverpool, unveiled more than 22,700 sq ft of newly renovated office space.

Guests enjoyed coffees and breakfast before exploring the refurbished suites on the second to fourth floors at the Grade ll listed building, formerly known as 1 Dale Street.

Colin Forshaw, Bruntwood's Head of Sales in Liverpool, said: "Exchange Court combines high quality, modern office space with original period features."

"Refurbished offices are good value, particularly for small and medium sized businesses, and along with the upturn in the market we're confident that our Exchange Court suites will be in high demand."

North of England, commercial property company, Bruntwood owns 900,000 sq ft across nine major office buildings in Liverpool city centre, including Oriel Chambers and flagship building, The Plaza. Bruntwood offers its customers offices from one person to whole buildings and specialises in flexible leases.
