Agency secures prestigious Consultancy Management Standard

Paver Smith has secured the Public Relations Consultants' Association's consultancy management standard - the first agency on Merseyside to do so and one of only a handful in the north west with the accolade
"I can see why most agencies try and avoid this - it's bloody hard work securing it," said a delighted Dougal Paver.
"I'd describe it as like ISO 9001 on steroids - a quality management standard that says definitively that here's an agency that's professional in every respect. We're chuffed to have achieved this," added Paver.
Agency operations director Rachel Smith said the kitemark was essential given the high standards set by the agency's clients. "Our clients need to be able to see a reflection of themselves when they look at us and this ensures that they will."
