Acquisition of Factory Communications moves closer

Paver Smith has confirmed that it is at an "advanced stage" in talks to buy Liverpool-based Factory Communications.
Heads of terms have been signed and the deal is expected to be completed by May 26th.
The enlarged business would have a staff of 31 and a forecast turnover of £2.4m, making it one of the largest PR agencies in the region.
Agency managing director Dougal Paver said: "There's still a bit of work to do, but both sides are focused on making this happen. The Factory team bring a complementary set of skills and I'm looking forward to welcoming them on board."
