Acquisition of Factory Communications completes

Paver Smith today concluded the acquisition of Liverpool agency Factory Communications.
The deal, for an undisclosed sum, adds six experienced staff to the agency's team. They will move in to Paver Smith's Old Hall Street offices on Wednesday 28th May.
"When your aim is to be the employer of choice in your sector it's always great to find people who fit in," said agency director Rachel Smith. "But to find six in one go has to be one of the highlights of the year."
As well as a respected team, the deal also sees a host of prestigious clients being welcomed to the agency, said MD Dougal Paver.
"We're delighted that we'll now have a chance to prove ourselves to organisations such as ACC Liverpool, Heathcotes and Warrington Collegiate. They have my word that we'll be busting a gut to show them that their faith in the deal is well placed."
Factory boss Jon Brown said he was delighted with the move. "We can offer our clients a broader range of services and expertise and will invest further in developing our team."
