Five up in Feb

Five new team members will be on board at Paver Smith by the end of February as the agency gears up to meet its growth targets.
Emma Gunby and Laura Woods join from rival agency Mason Media; Caroline Hopkins joins as the agency's new Director of Personal Development; Heather Floy is the new junior account executive fresh from her jounalism degree; and Lauren Thompson has decided that horse racing just isn't for her and has made the trek up from Newmarket to become the agency's new administrator.
"It's always been our policy to recruit ahead of ourselves to give us the capacity to do more for clients than they expect," explained agency director Rachel Smith.
"We'll be spending the first quarter investing in our human and organisational infrastructure so that we can push on through the year. Our next step is secure the Consultancy Management Standard and we're now working having this in place by the summer.
