We secured the standard in June 2007 and it underpins our employment practices.

Our aim as a business is to be the employer of choice for the brightest and best and IIP is part of our promise to staff and potential recruits that we're a fitting home for their talent. We will be reassessed for IIP in June 2010.

Our PR Training Academy ensures tht all our staff, at every level, have access to best of breed training and development throughout their career with us. All members of the team also follow a 60 point CPD programme with the CIPR.
