1. What do you like most about your job?
Absolutely everything - the saying: "When you love your job you will never have to work again" is absolutely true for me. Every day is completely different and I work with a range of fantastic clients. I love the constant smiling and the ability to really make a difference and raise the profile of a business.

2. What is the best example of PR you have seen recently?
Giving young catering students at Warrington Collegiate who are all aspiring to be top chefs the opportunity to work with celebrity Paul Heathcote in their college kitchen. The students prepared, cooked and served a three course lunch to 60 members of the public under the guidance of Paul and said after: "That was the most amazing experience and something which we previously could only ever have dreamed about doing."

3. Where is your favourite place in the world that you have visited?
It has to be the Masai Mara on safari in Kenya - it is amazing - a once in a lifetime experience.

4. What do you do to unwind?
Go on a 10-mile run.

5. What are you currently working on?
Promoting the new luxurious 1539 Restaurant at Chester Racecourse.

6. What is the best experience that working in PR has given you?
Meeting a whole range of new and exciting people all with their individual goals to achieve. It is great to play a part in helping these people to reach their full potential and seeing the satisfaction and appreciation in their faces when we get their name or their brand on the radio and television.

7. What are you doing this weekend?
Going to train at Wallasey Amateur Boxing Club to unwind, then meeting up with a group of old school friends on Saturday for a party before going for a 10 mile run on Sunday to banish the hangover and excesses of the night before!

8. What are you reading at the moment?
Bridesmaids by Jane Costello.

9. What is your most prized possession?
After my mum and my friends, it is a close call between my running trainers and boxing gloves - both allow me to forget the outside world and really chill and switch off!

10. What is your favourite quote?
No pain, no gain!
