2. What's your favourite book?
Bridesmaids by Jane Costello. It is a must-read for every woman - gripping, inspiring, hilarious and so true to life. There is a situation in there which every woman can relate to.

3. Who would be your ideal dinner guest?
It has to be celebrity chef Paul Heathcote. He is great company, great conversation - and obviously being a top chef can advise on the musts and must-nots in the culinary world.

4. Describe yourself in 5 words:
Energetic, motivated, bubbly, focussed, caring

5. Which business figure do you admire the most?
Stelios - simple ideas - but world-winners - only wish I could have thought of something like this!

6. Favourite Sunday roast?
Beef and Yorkshire pudding together with parsnips roasted in honey and brown sugar

8. What album/song are you currently listening to?
18 'til I Die by Bryan Adams

9. What's your comedy phobia?
As above - has to be mice. I break out into a cold sweat just talking about the vermin.

10. Favourite cheese?
Haloumi! Lightly fried and served with pasta. Simply the best!
