Who would be your ideal dinner date,
past or present?
I have two: David
Attenborough and Kermit the Frog. David, because
his Planet Earth documentaries are fascinating, and Kermit,
because, like me, he knows "it's not always easy being
green"- but it's definitely worth it.
Best example of PR you have seen
recently?
Paver
Smith's ISO14001 campaign. It has everybody in the offices
rallying round doing their bit for the environment, and, as I am
the face of the campaign, it has done wonders for my ego.
If you were an
animal, what would you be?
A bee. I would get a real
buzz from it.
Which aspect of your career do you enjoy the
most?
Helping encourage people to
be more environmentally friendly and efficient in their everyday
working lives.
If your life story was made into a film, who would
play the leading role?
Leonardo DiCaprio.
He is one of Hollywood's most
environmentally-friendly stars and the comparisons between the two of us are
endless.
Favourite writer/
columnist?
Leo Hickman from the
Guardian, as he offers great practical tips on how we can reduce
our carbon footprint.
Print or online?
Online. Less
paper = more
trees.
What do you like
most about Liverpool/ Manchester?
The parks and open spaces,
particularly Sefton and Heaton parks.
If you weren't
in PR, what would you do?
I'd probably go back to
my old job as a traffic light.
iPhone or
Blackberry?
Neither. My little green fingers are too
small for the keyboard.
