Paver Smith today passed the £1m mark for new business wins in 2007 - just ten months in to its financial year. A £7,000 fee assignment to help a property client organise a public consultation event tipped the agency over the symbolic benchmark.
"This is quite an achievement and it's flattering that so many good businesses trust us to deliver an outstanding job for them," said agency director Rachel Smith.
The income is aggregated forward over twelve months, as the majority are annual retainer clients, explained Rachel.
"We're on target to achieve a turnover of £1.3m this year, representing more than 70% growth over 2006. Because much of the business we have won this year will actually be earned in the next financial year we're anticipating considerable further growth in turnover in 2008," she added.
